In-person PT
£46/hour
- In-person one-to-one coached sessions at our centre in East Drayton or Colwick
- Initial consultation to set goals with periodic reviews to track progress
- Nutrition and lifestyle support
- External programming based upon your time and resources
- Also available for pairs and small group training
Video PT
£40/hour
- As with one-to-one PT, but with coached sessions conducted over Zoom or Skype
- Programme based upon the kit and space you have available
- Weekly video call check ins to keep you on track
Online Programming
£100/month
- Initial video or in-person consultation
- Personalised programme specific to your goals
- Access to demonstration video library
- Reviews at the end of each block
- Email or WhatsApp support available as necessary
Sports Massage
£45/hour
- Available at our Colwick and East Drayton centres
- Home visits may be possible (surcharge applies)
- Stretches and remedial exercises advised as appropriate
Nutritional Coaching
£75/month
- Initial consultation (in-person or video call) with goal setting and relevant measurements recorded
- Weekly check ins to ensure accountability and regular progress checks
Powerliting Coaching
£100/month
- Weekly programming focusing on improving your strength for powerlifting (squat, bench press and deadlift)
- Technical feedback and adjustments as required
- Competition prep and meet-day advice (including strategies to make weight if necessary)
