No two bodies are the same, and at Integrity Performance you are treated as an individual. Each session will include a consultation or progress check-in to establish the areas that will be addressed that day.

Where appropriate, your appointment may also include movement assessments and range of movement testing. You will also be advised on any exercises or stretches to do at home or in your training that will support the treatment you have received.
